I would like someone to call me to help me download my or upload my hospital report from another hospital to this provider. I don't know how to do it and I didn't have my computer with me so she couldn't show me how to do it. But it's very important that she has all my information and as of now she doesn't have all my information because I went to a hospital that's not in the Hackensack Meridian Health Network so my information wasn't forwarded to her. I would like some help with that. Thank you.
