The office staff are friendly, professional & courteous. Dr Marquette is one of the Best doctors I have seen in a very long time. He truly cares about his patients. Spends time with you, answers all questions, he is compassionate, professional & extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend!!

I told them when I'm there, the girls in the front office and the doctor, it is the best office I've been to. I had to leave a couple of different doctors because it was handled so poorly. I can't say enough about them. I'm very happy with them. The only thing I don't like, if you call and you have to talk to somebody in another country, 89, and it's hard to understand them a lot of times. But I prefer that you can always call the Point Pleasant office. Other than that, I'm very, very happy with them.

The constant follow-up of phone calls, whether to confirm my appointment or to see what my care was like, is becoming very annoying. I've received four phone calls regarding this appointment and two emails. It has to stop.
