This doctor is better than the last one.

The doctor that's out on maternity leave is also horrible. They are insensitive. They act like they're scared to touch you. They're not. The whole staff there is horrible. I didn't even want to get a flu shot or a pneumonia shot because of their incompetence there. They told me I weighed 151 pounds. I'm 115 pounds. I don't like the office. Y'all need to get better service there.

It was a pleaSure to visit that location first the 1st time

Dr Patel was an excellent physician . She was professional and compassionate . also, the front desk was efficient and helpful ( such a difference from previous encounters !) . The receptionist was new and such a pleasure to communicate with .

Dr. Patel did a wonderful job of going through my records, telling me everything I was eligible for as to shots I can get and vaccines I can get. She went through my records very carefully, examined me, made sure that she took my blood pressure again. I was very pleased with the physical that I received from her much better than I've ever had in the past.

Everything was great. The treatment, the people, the doctors, the assistance, everything was great. I'm glad and I like it. I will go back anytime and I will recommend anybody.

I am just seeing Dr. Patel for the first time, and I thought she was just wonderful. It was a pleasure. And that's all I can say. They're always being very nice to me. They were for many years. But Dr. Patel really was wonderful. Thank you.

Amazing experience as always!

You move your doctors around too much. I've had 5 different primary care doctors in 5 years. They were all wonderful. This is not a reflection on the doctors. I believe it reflects that Hackensack Meridian is a poor employer. If Hackensack Meridian cared about their patients and staff they would strive for consistency , as better health outcomes follow a doctor who knows his/her patient and engenders confidence in the patient.

Dr. Patel is an outstanding physician. She is kind, caring and knowledgeable. My experience with her was amazing. She is without a doubt one of the best doctors I've seen and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Patel.

The doctor visit was fine. My issue is with how the results of my blood test was handled. My LDL Direct reading was high and when I received the call from the doctor's office regarding the test, I was told the doctor suggested taking a prescribed medication to bring it down. I said that I would try to modify my diet and lifestyle rather than medications. I was surprised that this was not a suggestion made by the doctor (along with some guidance on healthier diet) rather than immediately prescribing a drug. Also, after I opted to try a lifestyle change, the doctor's office should suggest a follow-up blood test (in say six months) to see if the results are better. Possibly, the office working with a dietician in a case like this would provide a beter level of service.

Dr. Patel was outstanding, caring. She listened to my questions, answered my questions. Great access to Hackensack University Medical Center.

Excellent, timely service. They explained and spent good time. Doctors spent good time. Only the thing I would say, when they were drawing blood, the chair was not comfortable. It was on the stretcher, and there should be the chair where you can rest your arm. That was not there, and that was a little bit uncomfortable for the patient, because when you're drawing three or four vials of blood, you want to rest your arm, so it's making it easier. That's the only comment I have on negative side, but other than that, everything is good. Hopefully, they would bring the chair which has armrests on the side, both sides, so either side can be utilized for drawing blood when need to be. Thank you, bye.

This specific doctor was very patient. She asked the right questions. She did not rush through our session. She listened to me. She helped gain perspective with my ideas and the questions that I had. She showed concern. She not only listened to me, but she helped me get what I needed. in a timely manner. I did not have to wait. She did not rush, which is the biggest thing for me, through my appointment. She made me feel seen and heard and valued as a patient and that I appreciate very much.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Patel as my regular primary care provider was on maternity leave. Dr. Patel was fantastic. I would be more than happy to see her again.

I was hesitant to try a new Dr after my Dr left but I'm so glad I saw Dr.Pujal Patel she was wonderful very smart very caring did not rush the visit
