Puja Sharma is a great doctor. I highly recommend her. I think she has patience. She has a great bedside manner. You should have more doctors just like her.

Love Dr. Sharma - the office is clean and the staff is friendly. My annual appointment went perfectly. Only problem is: it is next to impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor in this practice the same or next day if you are ill - forced to go to an Urgent Care Center. I don't like dealing with a call center .....I like dealing with staff that is there in the office. I was so frustrated with the young man I spoke to who put me on with the "care team" that I didn't know we had. She was nice but I said I had enough and hung up. Thank goodness she mentioned my call to the office manager who I know for many years and she spoke to my doctor and set up an appt for me. I have been using this practice since 1992 and I like the more personal way it was. I guess I will have to get used to it. I didn't expect an appt. that day!!! It is a wonderful practice .

Dr Sharma is very caring and provides excellent medical advice.

I made the appt online. It was a Welcome to Medicare appt but the online portal did NOT give me the option to choose that, so I wound up with a 15 minute appt when it should have been 30-40. Fix your portal. Or fix your appt service. Whenever I call two months in advance for a physical, there are never appts. If I'm transferred to the office directly, I can get an appt. Very frustrating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sharma for many years. She is like a friend. I find it very easy to talk to her about anything and I always feel that she is listening and is very knowledgeable. Nothing the visit was fine

Since you do not permit direct calls to the office and have a non medical person at your call center that often speaks English poorly and that typically takes over 20 minutes to make appointment plus wait time, you created difficulty making appointments and obstacles to direct communication. It used to be a patient centric practice but you have created a system detrimental to both patients and their doctors presumably for your profit. I can never get an appointment when I am ill and go to urgent care instead of being able to see my doctor who knows me best. My experience when I can see my doctor is excellent but your healthcare system doesn't even rate barely acceptable.

My biggest complaint is not being able to directly contact the office, the local office.

Dr. Sharma was very sympathetic. Her suggestions were very helpful. She is not my GP so I was very relieved that she could see me since I was in a great deal of pain.

The doctor spoke a lot about herself and her family and a lot of off-topic conversation, which kind of made me hold back on what I wanted to talk to her about, about my health. So yeah, that's it.

Everyone in the office was wonderful and Dr. Sharma is fantastic. The only complaint is when calling the main number for an appointment I don't like that I can't be directly put through the office the Dr is in. I have to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back. It's very inconvenient. Other than that the office staff is amazing.

The Arkansas Meridian Health phone system is the absolute worst phone system I have ever entangled with in my lifetime. That I have to make a call, get in touch with a hospital, have the hospital get in touch with the doctor's office, and then they want to ask me medical questions, which they're not entitled to the information for, instead of being able to just pick up a phone, call my doctor's office, and speak to one of the nurses or staff on hand. Your system is absolutely As far as my doctor and her office are concerned, I give them a 10 out of 10, seven days a week. Thank you.

This was the very first time they wrote in my wrong appointment time and had me wait over an hour. I had to go up to desk to ask why other patients were going ahead of me . That has never happened before. I was surprised and upset. Luckily Dr Sharma is a great Dr. I told her how upset I was. She apologized. Plus the automatic reminder app they have you confirm said correct time!!! They apparently wrote in the wrong time.( another patient heard them say)
