As of now, my complaint is the refill medication. I specifically take a brand medication, Synthroid, for my thyroid condition, and despite all my efforts, it's never processed correctly. I'm not sure if it has to do with the healthcare provider system or the pharmacy, but it's a horrible experience, and it has to be constantly monitored on my end to make sure the medication is filled correctly. As generic as, for some reason, the default, despite all of my medical history being on the brand Synthroid. That is my biggest complaint. It is absolutely horrible to manage and deal with that, and I'm hoping sometime in the future a better system is involved or created to specify when the patient requires brand medication.
