Love Dr. Sharma - the office is clean and the staff is friendly. My annual appointment went perfectly. Only problem is: it is next to impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor in this practice the same or next day if you are ill - forced to go to an Urgent Care Center. Happened on more than one occasion and I'm not the only one it's happened to.

I don't like dealing with a call center .....I like dealing with staff that is there in the office. I was so frustrated with the young man I spoke to who put me on with the "care team" that I didn't know we had. She was nice but I said I had enough and hung up. Thank goodness she mentioned my call to the office manager who I know for many years and she spoke to my doctor and set up an appt for me. I have been using this practice since 1992 and I like the more personal way it was. I guess I will have to get used to it. I didn't expect an appt. that day!!! It is a wonderful practice .

Dr Sharma is very caring and provides excellent medical advice.

I made the appt online. It was a Welcome to Medicare appt but the online portal did NOT give me the option to choose that, so I wound up with a 15 minute appt when it should have been 30-40. Fix your portal. Or fix your appt service. Whenever I call two months in advance for a physical, there are never appts. If I'm transferred to the office directly, I can get an appt. Very frustrating.
