This was truly one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone I interacted with, at the doctor's office, in Dr. Bais's care, during my bloodwork (I was able to have done that same day, which was so convenient!), and even while scheduling my bone density test, was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. It was so convenient to have everything done in one place, and every single person I met went out of their way to be kind and caring. I honestly have never been in a medical office where I felt this level of warmth, compassion, and attentiveness. It made such a difference, and I'm truly grateful to have found HM Health & Wellness Center!

The employees working in the lobby were very helpful. They made me feel very comfortable as I arrived for my appointment. The employees inside the office were very helpful too!!

Everybody felt very friendly and very competent. The only concern I have is that she appears to be very popular and very busy. And so it's not as easy as would be desirable to get an appointment. And I had an appointment and at the last minute it was canceled and rescheduled. And initially, they wanted me to wait for a few weeks and I couldn't do that because we're going to be away. So that was a little disappointing. But I think that she's very good. And everybody there was very nice and very competent. Okay, thanks.

Dr. Bais is one of the best bedside manner doctors that I've ever encountered and I thoroughly appreciate having her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Bais is the one of the best primary care doctors that there could ever be. I feel like she really cares about her patients. She comes in sits down and talks to me already has my blood tests memorized, and which supplements I should be taking and is willing to answer any questions you have.

Dr. Rajney Bais is the reason I continue to use Hackensack. She has been my physician for many years, and is the paradigm of what a doctor should be. Hackensack would do well to ensure that all their doctors embodied Dr. Bais' qualities: medical knowledge and expertise, plus compassion. Kudos to Hackensack for having such an exception doctor as a member of their team.

Can't say enough good things about Dr Bais. She is an exceptional doctor. I drive 1 hr to see her for 20 years and follow her wherever she goes. Have family & friends going to her kow.

Hi, everything was very well done except the wait for the appointment was about six to seven months. So if the initial appointment could be done earlier and I had to take off a day of work in the morning because they had no evening appointments or later appointments, I had to lose money. So in the future, if I could get appointments after 4 o'clock or after 2 o'clock, I sub in the schools, that would be great. Thank you.

Dr Bais is the best!

This appointment was for my Flu Shot. It was my first flu shot in 40 years, and it went very well!

My experience with Dr. Bais is always fabulous. I've been a patient of hers for 25 years or more. I do not think a numbered patient survey is a good way to get a gauge of how patients feel about the profession and what goes on at the Wellness Center. In general, about all medicine, I don't feel that people, that the people in charge care, clearly not enough to get a personal information. Instead, it's an automated survey that says, you're just ticking boxes to me.

Love visiting the facility. Easy parking and easy to get to. Also love my provider. She spends plenty of time with me and is genuinely interested in what I have to say. Highly recommend.

a ZIP, it's very difficult to try to get an appointment with a doctor. So I think you could improve on that because it seems like there's an answering service that then contacts the office. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Went there for getting a flu shot from the nurse. She was nice and friendly.

I've been with Dr. Bais for about 30 years now and I am so grateful to have her as my healthcare provider! I trust her and know she will always give me the time I need and she will tell me the truth.

My visit with Dr. Bais was wonderful, as always. The wait time in the lab for bloodwork is unacceptable. I had to wait nearly an hour to have blood drawn when the doctor's assistant used to draw the blood during my time in the doctor's office. The check in process is also redundant. This is a horrible system and change that was unnecessary and is inefficient.

Dr. Rajney Bais is an amazing physician in every way that matters, and I can't imagine having anyone else as my PCP! I have been her patient for many years, and during this time, as she has moved during her career, I have followed her. Outstanding!

The building smelled like raw sewage! Definitely not healthy environment and there was nothing being addressed. The board of health should have been called to investigate.

Dr. Bais was, once again, wonderful! She listened, looked, evaluated the situation, and got me in to see a specialist right from my appointment with her. I am forever thankful for her.

My visit with Dr. Bais did not involve any issue were falling or injury would be a problem. I dealt with potential cardiac surgery in which she answered my questions and cleared mis-information provided by other doctors.

Extremely happy with this Doctor. However, front desk staff, billing department in general should be more careful in submitting correct paperwork information to our insurance. Too many errors in coding, feeding the right information to my insurance. It took "me" over five months to resolve my billing issue for their errors! Although staff at the front desk are all very courteous. Thanks

From checking-in staff, to doctor's staff assistants, to the doctor herself, visit were informative and assuring for all my medical needs. Completely professional.

This was my first time there, it was great! I had my initial visit with Dr. Bais then went right for my blood work and was able to schedule my Mammo, Cardiac Calcium test and an MRI for all the same day, each following the other. Dr. Bais was wonderful.

Do not like not talking to the office itself! Hate the call center I rather drive to the office and make an appointment in person!

Appointments need to be available in a timely manner

The people were very nice and the doctor was nice but I'm seriously considering looking elsewhere due to long wait times, both for the actual appointment (6 months) and in the office on the day of the appointment (arrived at 9:55 for a 10am appt, filled out my paperwork online ahead of time, and still waited nearly an hour to see the doctor). The wait time at the lab was too long for me to get blood work on the day of. As nice as the facility is I don't have multiple hours in the day just for a GP annual visit and blood draw.
