Excelent doctor fully understand my needs and health issues.

Entire doctor teams are so good and helpful

Dr Ligresti explained how my genetic predispositions make me a higher risk for developing another type of cancer. He explained preventative screenings done yearly and put me at ease.

I was very happy with how knowledgeable he was. He showed compassion when I was crying over a compliment that I gave him for being one, finally that was doing what I knew from research was needed. Even tho he couldn't say good news the wave of relief that before me was a Dr who will do what it takes for my peace of mind and for what's right was palpable!! I finally felt heard and that a potentially horrible diagnosis was going to have what was needed to figure things out. He didn't lie as others to just direct things for their ease and because it may be difficult. I LOVE that my confidence in him for such a serious thing is very high, and love that I'm not passed off to someone else to do the EUS for my pancreas! He's doing it himself, that really matters!! I am scared about the results of the test and the other potential dilated duct situation but I'm not scared having him be my doctor. That means everything. I never do reviews after, so for me to do it you know I'm very satisfied! His office staff messed up with paperwork and didn't sound apologetic or apologize for it but to see him I'll deal with unprofessional upfront staff. But the woman he brought me in to see to set up test was beyond kind!!!

Dr Ligresti is heading a program that I have been trying to get on board for over a year. But now that I am part of the program, I am feeling heard & well attended to. Dr Ligresti was a good communicator & very professional. He was kind and covered everything in detail

My experience with Dr. Rosario-Ligresti was very, very good. It was excellent. He is a wonderful, warm, intelligent, articulate, and caring doctor. And I'm so glad I am in his hands for my care. I just can't express how grateful I am. And everyone in the office was wonderful, period. From the moment I made the appointment until the day that I got there and everything after I saw the doctor was very impressive. Thank you so much.

He is very easy to talk to has a great personality and you feel very comfortable with him and his expertise in his field. It's excellent.

The main issue that upset me was I was told I couldn't talk to any of the doctors because I didn't go to his office yet. So it was difficult to get any information on the procedure I had and it was upsetting that I was never given a prescription for the saline syringes I needed until I saw the doctor in his office five weeks after my procedure.

Dr Ligresti is very patient. He wants to explore other options than more surgery. I feel he really cares about my health problems.

There is a CONSTANT problem with an inability to upload records for lab results performed outside of hospital. Paper tests are NOT scanned in regularly, Additionally my records do not reflect procedures and additional providers outside of HUMC. They are not scanned in either. There should be a proper procedure to input documents on line
