Dr. Patel was great! But one of the medical assistants in the front was very rude. I called the office to ask a question about what Dr. Patel and I spoke about and the assistant basically called me a liar and said that he didn't say what he said, when she was never in the room him and I were in. Instead of asking him, what he actually said she said he didn't say it and put me on hold for 15 minutes! And then another assistant came on the phone and pretended she didn't know who the girl was. It was very unprofessional! But I love Dr. Patel! He is great!

The provider and staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I struggled making an appointment. I've waited multiple times over 45 minutes each visit for the doctor. Last time it was an hour and a half. The receptionist has mistaken appointment dates left and right. I still have an appointment date I've been trying to cancel. I'm very disappointed overall with the experience at this facility.
