Dr. Patel was excellent. She was an excellent listener. She was an excellent explainer and she took an amazing amount of time to listen to what had happened and reassure me about the situation and it was greatly appreciated.

Ms Patel is beyond excellent! She obviously had reviewed my chart, as she was very knowledgeable about my case from the moment she walked through the door. She is easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor and didn't rush through anything, she is truly a gem! At one point, she walked out of the room and my husband whispered to me "I love her!" We both felt the same. You need to do anything to keep her, she is such an asset to the hospital. Give her a raise, a commendation, a parking space! Don't take her for granted, she's exceptional!!!
