Ms Patel is beyond excellent! She obviously had reviewed my chart, as she was very knowledgeable about my case from the moment she walked through the door. She is easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor and didn't rush through anything, she is truly a gem! At one point, she walked out of the room and my husband whispered to me "I love her!" We both felt the same. You need to do anything to keep her, she is such an asset to the hospital. Give her a raise, a commendation, a parking space! Don't take her for granted, she's exceptional!!!

Ms Patel followed up by providing information about what we discussed in an email. She has been very positive and helpful both times I have met with her. I needed assistance between the visits and had a difficult time getting through by calling the office and by using MyChart. I texted her and she responded to my issue immediately, which greatly reduced the stress I was feeling.
