The doctor explained everything clearly

Front desk ladies (3) at 360 Essex STE 303 were all rude and unhelpful. I stood in front of them for 5 minutes without any of them looking up from their computers to address me and what my purpose was that day. When someone finally asked I told her I had an appt with Dr Frager, she shooed me toward the direction of another receptions to finally checked me in. They were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I will make every attempt to stay away from that office by either using Telemed or finding another specialist.

The doctor is excellent. He gave me a lot of hope for my grandmother's case and clarity, which is exactly what I was looking for. Very approachable, friendly, clear, concise, and sympathetic, especially with an elderly patient like my grandmother. Extremely thankful for the doctor.
