I was hospitalized for an MRI. The experience in the emergency room was amazingly bad due to the facility not the people and after I never heard from the doctor, he left notes in my file.

Dr. Simon Salerno is a wonderful doctor. He rates 10 in every category. The only problem with the system is when you're trying to call and get a hold of somebody, most of the time they want you to leave a message. So it has improved lately somewhat, but they still need to do some work on communication between a live person and a patient calling in. Thank you very much.
