My doctor was very professional, very nice, very courteous, and respectful. He explained everything to where I can understand it, and he did sound like he was understanding to my needs, and I appreciate that when it comes to a doctor. I've had other orthopedic surgeons not really care, and it's been a very troublesome kind of visit with other doctors that don't care. So I thank you very much for Roliva sent me to him. Thank you. Dr. Simon Salerno is a wonderful doctor. He rates 10 in every category. The only problem with the system is when you're trying to call and get a hold of somebody, most of the time they want you to leave a message. So it has improved lately somewhat, but they still need to do some work on communication between a live person and a patient calling in. Thank you very much.

I could not appreciate being evaluated by a physician's assistant when I made an appointment to meet with a neurosurgeon. And there was a physician's assistant in training. I wasn't asked if I would come forward to prove that that's what the service I wanted to be provided with. And then I did not feel that the neurosurgeon interviewed me. I was only interviewed by the physician's assistant. Again, I wasn't attending my appointment to be seen by a physician's assistant. I was looking for a neurosurgeon who is going to apply all of his years of experience to my particular case. So I was a dissatisfied customer. Thank you.

The experience was v Ty good with the exception of the front office person checking myself in. She was very rude not to just myself but to other consumers that were checking in. I find it hard to believe that a Dr's office that was so good that the front desk person can be so nasty to people. She told me that, she may have to reschedule me because I didn't do as she had told me and that was to bring a disk. She did this without consulting the Dr first. I called the imaging location that I had the MRI competed at and they never got back to me. Had she rescheduled my appointment after waiting almost 2 months for this one I was going to let her know to cancel it all together and I would find another doctor someplace else, because her rudeness represented the Dr and the facility.

My appointment went fine, we had a lot to go over. Dr. Salerno said his assistant would reach out to me to give me more information & possibly schedule surgery- it's been 3 days I have had no phone call

The doctor and staff were wonderful. The only thing that I did not like was parking. It took me 30 minutes.

I like how Dr. Salerno listens to what you have to say. I read his report and everything we talked about was listed. His recommendation was better than I was expecting.

He is very thorough and not in a hurry to jump on surgery. Sending me for some other tests. He has a lot of experience so I have trust in him.

Dr. Salerno demonstrates a sincere interest in my issues. Offers advice and issues I should consider. Reminds me of "Old School" Doctors who are concerned for their patients welfare and takes whatever time necessary to explain things.
