Stacey Rifkin-Zenenberg, DO

I am pediatric hematologist/oncologist with greater than 20 years of experience. My focus is in pediatric hematology (blood disorders--specifically sickle cell disease). I see patients with hemoglobinopathies, including sickle cell disease, thalaseemia, bleeding disorders, including ITP (immune thrombocytopenia and hemophilia, von willebrands, and clotting disorders, including Factor V Leiden and other clotting disorders.

In addition, I am the Section Chief of Pediatric Pain and Palliative Care which allows me (along with a multidisciplinary team) to add a layer of support for a child with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and improve the quality of life for our patients and families. Blending palliative care and curative treatment gives patients the most complete treatment possible.

As the Pediatric Oncology Fellowship Director, I have the pleasure of training the next generation of pediatric hematologist/oncologists to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest treatments and research within our specialty.
