every visit I've had over the past few years has been better and better and better each one it is such a pleasure coming to the leukemia center to see the doctor and have the phlebotomy done everybody who works there is so pleasant and interested and helpful and caring and truly concerned I've never experienced such wonderful wonderful people in my life as in Hack is Acadian Hospital John Theruer Cancer Center leukemia department

New office is very nice. Plenty and easy parking.

I have been Dr. Kanarek's patient for many years. I wouldn't think of seeing any other cardiologist. I have complete trust and confidence in him.

Dr. Kanarek, on his own, I did not even ask, went to the website, Hackensack Hospital, and got off the information that I needed or really should have with me to present to my primary care doctor in order for her to write a script for me. And I was thrilled that he was able to do that so efficiently, quickly, and generously. Gave it over to me. And now I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow. And I will have all the information she needs in order to be able to approve and give me a prescription. So I'm so thrilled that Dr. Kanarek just offered to do it rather than me ask him. Thank you. Best doctor ever! Very attentive and calming. I tend to be very nervous and Dr. Kanarek sets my mind at ease with his explanations of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a cardiologist.

Always a great experience with Dr. Kanarek

The doctor was absolutely outstanding, as was his entire staff. There was minimal to no waiting time. I walked in and basically was taken and seen and given my test. And the test results then shared with the doctor. And then I had a meeting with him and with his student. I thought it was an outstanding experience. I would recommend him. in a heartbeat to anybody else that would be in need. I am so grateful for his care.

Yes, I felt very welcomed as a new patient. The office staff and time of entry until departure was excellent. The doctor was very good. He made me feel comfortable being a new patient. We briefly went over my history. He had my recent blood work, he read that. And we agreed that I should make annual visits to visit him, unless something should pop up. Okay, thank you, bye.

The doctor is extremely well. The doctor is very informative, very good. Just the office staff would be my only concern. Getting in touch with them, making appointments, trying to get in touch with the doctor through the office staff definitely needs improvement. Thank you.

Dr. Kanarek is a highly respected and thorough cardiologist. Other doctors speak very highly of him - one even said, "He really takes care of my elderly patients," with a tone that showed deep appreciation. He is extremely professional. He personally checks blood pressure using a manual cuff and always performs an EKG - not just once a year, but as part of routine care. He's also very thoughtful with medications. If he's not worried, I've learned not to worry - and that's helped me feel safe and reassured in his care. He uses practical tools to empower patients. He's not stuck in old models of care - he's open to using technology that helps both the doctor and the patient. It shows he values partnership.

A professional doctor in every sense of the word

Dr. Kanarek has been very patient with my father and because of that I chose to go to Dr. Kanarek when I received not a good score on my CAC score that I needed to reference to a cardiologist. Dr. Kanarek was just as great with me, very, very nice, went over everything and I left very confident that I am on the right path.
