Great experience!

This provider is well appreciated generally and with our family in particular I anticipated a long wait for first appointment - however I have so much confidence that did not deter me. I was not disappointed - the overwhelming amount of information he had already gathered on me. Very satisfied.

Dr. Koerner listened to our concerns and addresses all our questions in a professional manner. Felt very comfortable speaking to him about anything

Trying to connect with this provider's office via the phone is a real challenge! I tried multiple times later in the afternoon (4pm on) 'on multiple days' and the phone constantly went to an overnight service. The providers hours of operation are until 5pm, and I was calling after 4pm each day. When informing the secondary service operator that I was trying to set up an appointment, I was informed to hang up the phone, wait 5 minutes, and call the office again. I went through this routine multiple times and the phone line kept switching to the secondary line. It actually took me 3 days to get through to the office to set up an appointment when calling in the late afternoon. Is there a way to reach the office directly, or even leave a voice mail to have office staff call me back?? Very unprofessional ! I suggest that an office manager review their protocol for transferring lines to the secondary service provider.

I would rate a 5 star for his expertise and caring about his patients.

I was so impressed with his knowledge of my history as this was the first visit he had met me. He had reviewed my records and knew my situation. He was patient and took time with me.

The office staff is friendly, and Dr. Koerner is patient and listens, and obviously is concerned about what I'm concerned about, and I really appreciate it.

Dr. Koerner was very friendly and funny. His staff was very courteous and efficient. My only complaint would be how long I had to wait for an appointment to see him for my initial consult and now how long I have to wait for my procedure. Otherwise, I was very impressed for my first time here.

It was a very good session. The problem was I had to set up a time more than four months in advance.

Office staff are very pleasant and efficient. Large and comfortable waiting room. Dr. Koerner is very thorough and patient.

Dr. Koerner is great! He always listens and gives the time needed to discuss my issues. He has a sense of humor which makes visits to his office as enjoyable as a visit to the doctor can be.

Waited 1 hour past my appt time. Not acceptable.

What I would like to talk about is the front desk environment. The front desk is in desperate need of replacement. It is unattractive, which makes you think it could possibly be dirty. You definitely need to put a new front desk in.

I felt as if the visit was confusing. I had questions and I'm not sure how to follow up with that. I noticed the next time in six months I'm scheduled to meet with a, I don't know, another, correct, another level of care. And I wasn't aware of that. I just got scheduled without any conversation. Something about I went to him years ago and this time I'm just not so sure. Thank you.
