Front desk had issues with my Medicare Suppliment as it was nit in their computer and they had to eneter it manually

DR BRANDEISKY IS A GOOD DR. SAW HIM ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO, GETTING BACK WITH HIM TO GET MY SELF HEALTHY AGAIN .HE HAS ME ON THE RIGHT BATH.

I never saw the doctor. I waited 1 hour and then left. Staff should notify a patient when the Doctor is not on time. I hope he does not bill the insurance. My appointment was for 8:30 am.

Yes, they did get me in. I was concerned about a sudden problem with my right ear. They got me in but unfortunately I couldn't get in to see the doctor that I would have liked to see. And that's okay. I said I'll take anybody but unfortunately I did not appreciate Dr. Brandeisky's bedside manner. I don't think he has any. He was not personable. He cut me off when I tried to tell him what happened. He just wanted quick answers and I was with him probably five minutes. So I am not happy at all with his, the way he treats people. So and with my experience.

Both the doctor and the nurse that was in there explained everything to me to where I can understand what they were going to do and what they said for me to do and whatever. Don't change nothing. This provider failed to listen to what I had to say and didn't take any of my concerns seriously and was negligent in finding out that I actually had oral thrush in my throat and I had to go to a different ENT the same day that I saw this provider a couple hours later only for this provider to go above and beyond and find out that I had thrush. Dr. Brandeisky would have listened to me. He would have found that when I went into his appointment in the morning.

Yes, I think Dr. Brandeisky has my health as an important thing for him to take care of, so I trust that he's going to do the proper testing and everything to resolve my problem. I think I look forward to speaking to him and getting this resolved.

This was my first visit to the doctor. I found him to be very cordial, very informative, very knowledgeable, and it was just a pleasant experience being in his office. They were so efficient and pleasant. I have a follow-up appointment for next week, and they answered all my questions. He listened to all my concerns. He listened to my family history. I couldn't have asked for more respect or a more pleasant outcome of a visit for my first time with that doctor. Very, very nice office. Very cordial. Very, very clean. Thank you.

An hour late! And they said I can't leave because he could catch up. Beyond horrible in today's world of instant communication. Could have texted me and said come later. No respect for my time and will not go back. Pitiful

The office closing hour is 5pm, yet when I first called to make an appointment at 430, the recording came on saying that the office was now closed. This was aggravating since I was not able to get in as quickly as I wanted. If you state your hours as closing at 5pm, then you should be accepting calls until 5pm.

Can be a little friendly. I walked out with a prescription for a test to be done and had no idea what it was for and what the test was going to do??? Had to google it and when I booked it I spoke to the person on the phone about the procedure. I don't plan on going back to this doctor. Hope they don't hold my test results hostage. Also my co pay is 120. I can't afford to go back to this practice. Have to find an ENT that has a much cheaper copay

my issue was not an ent issue perhaps something more urgent that he discovered very quickly and we decided the er was the best road so i went to jersey shore where my cardiologist practices.i spent 2 days there .dr brandeisky is an excellant doctor.
