Great Docotrs Great office thank you

Nurse Practitioner Timolyn [I think I am misspelling her first name?] Skinner was very polite, accommodative, respectful, competent, capable, workman like. She took a blood sample and I am following her instructions per her findings.

have been seeing T Skinner for 15 yrs or more and she always is professional and spends a lot of time going over my history and any concerns i have at that time.

Timolyn Skinner was EXCEPTIONAL! She was kind and really listened to my questions. I have already recommended her to all my friends and family

Timolyn took the time to explain how the different medications worked and the advantages and disadvantages of each to come to a decision as to which medication to use for my situation. I completely trust whatever she tells me to be accurate and in my best interest

Im upset that no one called me to go over my bloodwork.Im not understanding any results of my bloodwork.

Timolynn Skinner has such compassion and takes her time with you. She makes you feel very comfortable like an old friend. My family and I have been going to her for a long time.

Staff was friendly, efficient, and competent

I think it would make a great amount of sense if blood work was done prior to a physical as opposed to discussed over the phone after and in person rather than over the phone. I wasn't able to cover everything I wanted when I got the call feedback and had many follow-up questions. It's not very easy to get through to a provider. So those questions have gone unanswered and also a lot of the information in the MyChart was not very easy to read and not covered at all in the follow-up call.

Left the office feeling like l had a good visit.

Timolyn Skinner, APN, is a knowledgeable, caring, compassionate person. She takes the time needed to listen to your concerns and offers guidance to improve your condition. She really gets to know you as a person, you are not just another patient. She deserves the highest marks in my book. I think she is the best medical person for which I have dealt.

Dr. Skinner is very good at what she does. She's very, how's the word I'm looking for, precise. She knows exactly what my background is. She always asks how I'm feeling and if I have any issues, and she responds very quickly and easily for me to understand. I would recommend her to anyone.

Trying to get in touch with the office to get my results was an absolute nightmare. I was put on hold for almost 45 minutes and transferred several times.

I usually have a great experience with this provider. I don't know if it was an off day, but she was only focused on one condition and did not seem interested in hearing about my current medical issues which have affected my daily life. I left feeling very frustrated

First of all, I was able to get a same day appointment which is so important when you are really feeling under the weather. Every time I have visited with Timolyne Skinner, she is always attentive to listening to my concerns, reviews my chart, and provides thorough treatment for my ailment. It has always a positive experience.

I called at 8:30 AM and was able to get an appt. the same day. This was great as it appeared to me I had bronchitis, which I did, so getting the med was so helpful before this got out of hand. In the past I always waited too long to get to the doctor when I had this. 24 hours later I feel so much better.

You need to provide seating outside the blood extraction room. There were 3 people on line - 2 using canes. The wait time was not long but when standing is difficult - a seat would be welcome.
