Hi, yes, I had sent Dr. Halari a message online on the portal just to go over a few things, but I was very upset that he wasn't the one that read it and replied back. I would have liked to speak to him about the visit.

I truly feel Dr Hilari listens and recommends other great dr's for different special services that are needed.

The doctor seems to be on top of my healthcare and am pleased with his care.

Always a pleasant Visit

The office staff members are all professional, kind and friendly. The scheduling process, however, was difficult. The wait time on the call was lengthy and it is frustrating to deal with an entity outside of the physician practice. On one call I made to schedule an appointment I had to give them my new insurance information which took some time because they kept repeating it incorrectly. When I arrived at the appointment I learned the office did not have the updated information I gave to the scheduler.

My husband and I came in to schedule our wellness visits and were able to get our flu shots that day.

Dr. Halari is a great doctor and I feel lucky to have him.

I really liked the provider. It was my first visit to the office. Although I did arrive 30 min prior to my appt, I think the office forgot I was there. I waited in the waiting room for a little over 90 minutes. When I asked the front desk how much longer, they did get me in right away. Soon after, the provider came to see me. I will see how it goes for future appointments

Dr Halari is very nice listens to the many issues I was having after 2 major surgeries. He offered suggestions for me to try and improve many areas with an exercise using yoga to help. Even showed me on his laptop. Communication is great which with many other Dr's lack.

Vijay is a pleasure to talk to. He is always thinking about answers. He does not give stock answers or medical cliches. If he doesn't know the answer or is unsure, he will research and then give his learned opinion. My wife and I are very happy that Vijay is our primary physician. We are not thrilled with the new appointment process. It was a lot easier for us to call the office.
