Dr. Zales was an extremely kind, caring, and helpful doctor. I was afraid and he reassured me and helped me in ways that I don't think any other doctor could. I'm very happy to be his patient. I highly recommend him, highly. I am not one that usually gives away really good, but this is definitely a 10 out of 10. Amazing. Definitely recommend him. Bye guys.

He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, had great bedside manner, explained everything in depth and just seemed very caring and conscientious about everything and was just superb. Dr. Zales is the most wonderful doctor I've ever had for my child, but Hackensack with the way it is to get through to make an appointment is not, I'm not a fan of, and all the changes that have been made because of Hackensack are not the greatest, but Dr. Zales as a provider is absolutely incredible.
