I see Dr. Marcus quite a few years ago for a different problem and obviously when I had a problem, it's the first place I thought of. He's extremely likable and just a doctor that you go back to if you had a problem and as usual the experience was convenient, easy. The only problem was I had a very hard time getting an appointment any sooner than five weeks out. But other than that, obviously I wanted to go where I wanted to go, so that's good for him.

Dr. Alexander Marcus is the best of the best. He's knowledgeable, he's smart, he's kind, he's gentle. He puts you at ease, he listens to you, he explains things to you. I've not only had doctor visits with him, but I've had two surgeries. This man couldn't be kinder. He's amazing. He could be arrogant, but he's not. He's down to earth. He makes you laugh. when you're seeing him for something that's scary. If you're at a doctor's office, well, at least I was for surgery, it's a little scary. But he puts you completely at ease. If your shoulders were touching your ears, he would make you relax in a heartbeat just by his calm, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring demeanor. He's an excellent doctor, an excellent surgeon. I don't know anybody that's had a bad result.

This doctor is the best of the best. He's respectful. He's thorough. He explains things. He's got a great bedside manner. He cares about his patients. If you have questions, he's sure to answer them. His whole staff is amazing. This doctor is, as I said, the best of the best. He's amazing. He cares. He's knowledgeable. He's not arrogant. And he's a top-notch surgeon. And I can't say enough good things about him.

I think Dr. Marcus was phenomenal to work with. And the staff were like beyond belief. It was so extraordinary. I was like, I'll tell you, if I knew people on another planet, I would recommend it to them too. Aliens, people, you name it. This guy deserves a raise. Even the people that work with him. He's that good. I'm telling you what. Yeah, I just can't. I mean, the words just can't explain it. You look up the word phenomenal, you're going to see Dr. Marcus and his group next to that word. I had a very poor experience with Dr. Marcus. I was able to book an appointment fairly soon, close to my visits, but upon entering, I found that the office to be a bit dated, unclean overall. The staff overall welcoming, but Dr. Marcus walked in, his bedside manner is god awful. Walked in with gloves on his hands, which I work for a very large dental group, we see over 30,000 patients a year. I have 180 employees under me. This is not compliant. wearing gloves. I don't know if they're used or not. He's holding a chart, not even looking at me. I then showed him my finger, which was in question. He did not even touch it, did not examine it. He looked at it at a glance, made an assumption of what it was, and then suggested a surgery, which would require me to be under anesthesia. Did not suggest any alternative precautions. Made me feel like this was potentially the worst possibility of what this could be, which from my research and having now spoken to other providers, this could be uh... very minor

Dr. Marcus was great. I am really offended by this survey which refers to a licensed clinician as a provider. That is inappropriate and offensive.

The provider's great except for he takes too long. His appointments should be not scheduled with as many people so that you don't have to arrive and wait as long as you do. I would prefer like 15 minutes wait at all. They do put you in the room 15 minutes after you arrive, but it's still another half hour, 15 minutes to a half hour before you're seen. So I like the doctor, but he needs to improve on his timeliness because I'm taking off time of work with sick time or whatever.

Dr Marcus listened to my concerns and explained my options to me. He provided me with wrist braces And called me when I let him know of my discomfort. Using them. He wanted to try other measures before Resorting to injections.

It was an excellent experience. Any questions that I asked were answered. And I was taken care of very well as a patient and told everything I needed to know. Thank you.

I love Dr. Marcus. He's been my hand doctor for 20 or 21 years. I've had three surgeries with him. I wouldn't go to anybody else. I love him. He's personable, friendly. He listens to you and he does what he believes is right for you at that time, at that moment. I mean, you have to wait for him, but you pay, you know, you get what you pay for and I will wait for him because he is worth every penny. I love him. Can't say enough about him. He's great.
