I was lucky to get into the appointment. There was a cancellation. This doctor was kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable. The only problem I had was a little bit with the language understanding what he was saying. But he gave me all the time I needed and really was very knowledgeable. Scheduling an appointment with the doctors in this group is almost impossible when you need it. I lucked out and I got it because somebody canceled. You need to have more doctor time for the doctor's patients. Thank you.

Always a great experience at Hope Tower. Have many doctors there and all top notch. And My Chart makes it so easy.

The doctor was very prepared before our meeting, which I appreciated, and I would definitely be very comfortable if he was my primary care physician.

Had to have a sonogram of my arm. They scheduled me for 10 am. I sat for an hour with 3 more people scheduled for the same time 10 am. How is this possible? Very frustrating. This should not have happened. The patient should've been notified or asked to be rescheduled.
