And the minute I walked in the office, the receptionist and the nurse's aides all were perfect. They talked calm and clear to me, asked me how I was doing and all. Very professional. And the doctor, she's always very professional. All I could say is she's a 10 plus with her staff. Thank you very much for this time.

I did not receive the prescription that I asked for and wasn't told I wasn't getting it. I also feel that Dr. Michael does not really concern me with my health, maybe because I'm old.

Due to a recent change in my insurance, I am in the process of transitioning to a new medical team. This provider was recommended to me, but unfortunately, my experience during the appointment was disappointing and concerning. The provider appeared more focused on her own preconceived agenda than on actively listening to me. My questions were either dismissed or left unanswered, and she did not seem engaged or curious about my medical history or concerns. She repeatedly pushed a medication that I clearly stated I was not interested in trying, solely because she did not approve of the medication I have been using successfully. Despite my explanation that I have a history of adverse reactions to medications and avoid switching when something is working, she refused to prescribe the medication I requested and need. Additionally, she ordered routine lab work that I had recently completed with a previous provider. I informed her of this and expected her to ask where those labs were done or how to obtain the results. Instead, she insisted on repeating the tests for her own review without attempting to coordinate with my previous provider. She also referred me to two specialists based on her own assessment. While I did schedule these appointments, I did so out of personal interest in their perspective on my complex health history, not necessarily because I agreed with her assessment. She attempted to refer me to other specialists, which I declined because it felt more like she was embracing a narrative that does not exist while also trying to redirect me to other providers instead of her being able to manage my care. One positive note: she did identify a medication I was taking at a subtherapeutic dosage and followed through by adjusting the prescription appropriately. Another serious concern was her discomfort with my service dog. She acknowledged being afraid of dogs and asked me to position my dog as far from her as possible. While my service dog remained appropriately behaved and attempted to perform her trained tasks, the provider's fear created a tense atmosphere and likely impacted her ability to provide care. It would have been more appropriate for her to disclose that her fear might interfere with the visit, so accommodations or a different provider could be arranged. The office itself was clean and well-maintained. The front office staff were friendly and helpful, though they could benefit from training on how to appropriately interact with patients accompanied by service animals-specifically, to avoid engaging with the dog and direct their communication solely to the patient. In summary, I left the appointment without the medication I need, feeling unheard and uncomfortable. I am concerned about this provider's approach to patient care, communication, and accommodation of disabilities, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously for future improvements.

Dr Michael is a caring and knowledgeable doctor and I would recommend her to friends and family. It's a little hard to get an appointment but I think if it was an emergency she would get me in sooner. She has been my doctor for years and I trust her fully

Well basically I got the run around. She could of helped but chose to pass it on to another DR. Whatever reasoning was IDK because I tried quite clear with her because right I need to be on a medication I don't want to be on and now I have to go talk to yet another DR and try to plead my case which is sensitive due to my history so get categorized as someone who is seeking drugs . I tried how and why is was not true but she wasn't hearing it. It's funny because you hear those commercials about anybody can become an addict just like anybody can get cancer. However, we treated completely different. And the I need right now there could not be a more perfect patient for its prescribal. But on to the next one. At least I established a primary care Dr.

Even though the doctor schedule is full she made time available to see me and take care of my issue which is time sensitive and she was aware of that excellent doctor excellent staff

Thinking about changing to a different doctor, I just didn't feel that Dr. Michael was really interested in my problems and kind of brushed me off. Maybe it's because of my age. Anyway, I wasn't happy.

They were able to schedule an immediate visit which was great!! Outstanding professionals from the front office to the doctor herself!!!

Dr. Michael always takes her time with me. She shows concern for my health and advises me on ways to take care of myself.

Firstly, please ask if your patient is comfortable with a student doctor coming in before he has already come in and closed the door. Secondly, please don't ask your patient if THEY have questions. I don't have questions for you, YOU are supposed to have questions for ME. How do you feel? What symptoms are you experiencing? Is there anything you would like to talk about regarding your current health? I, like many other people, experience anxiety regarding doctors and procedures. I had multiple things to talk about but you asked if I had questions not concerns. This closed the conversation rather than open it.

Dr Christine Michael's was amazing. She listened to my health concerns and explored them with me. She was so easy to talk to. I felt validated, heard, and understood. She showed compassion and respect. Highly recommend her

Dr. Christine Michael is an excellent doctor. She is one of the few doctors I visit that I actually do not got so nervous when I visit. I believe she is caring / compassionate. She listens to you... She remembers who you are when she walks in and has a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Michael!

Dr. Michael is caring and takes her time with me she's knows I'm an anxious person because of my family's long medical history she will always addresses everything Im concerned about. I have started telling family to see her too.
