Took over 2 months to get a routine appointment. Fortunately this was not critical situation. but waiting for 2 months is excessive. The question about discussing illness or injury was not applicable for this appointment. I was not ill or injured. I was satisfied with the results of her assessment.

Everyone was kind and compassionate.

Given they are very short staffed (a few doctors left the practice), they are doing a remarkable job there.

Dawn was very nice, professional, and I liked her demeanor. She listened to everything I said and even helped me further by looking up (on her computer) where I could purchase an OTC probiotic, which was recommended for my IBS. I also loved the office staff. All very friendly and courteous..and they all had smiles on their faces, which is an oddity in most doctor's offices. Great experience all around!!

I was super impressed that I received a call from the office, after I was home. The provider wanted to add a liver U.S. because it had not been checked in a few years. Wow ! She was still working on the rest of my chart after I was gone. Follow through, who does that anymore ? Thank you N.P. Calabrese.

Just a great visit

Dawn is wonderful...she understood my concern, and provided excellent response. i felt comfortable, and knew i was in good hands

Everyone in the office were respectful and kind to my needs.

All of the staff was very attentive and concerned about the issues I was experiencing. Everyone was friendly and very, very, very helpful during the process. And of course, Dawn Calabrese is someone who I very much appreciate for the services she provided and for going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, understood, and most importantly, I matter. and the experiences I've had are being heard. So I do just think that this has been a phenomenal practice, and I would like not only Dawn Calabrese, but her entire team to be recognized for the services they put out.

Experience was very good but I had to wait for 2 months to get an appointment.

I felt the provider did not have enough information on my diagnosis and she was not up to date on all the medical information for this diagnosis.

Hi, I just wanted to say that the provider listened carefully to what I had to say, that it's a complex case of mine, and it was a lot for her to absorb all at once, and I think she did a good job. The only reason I'm not recommending her to anybody is I really don't know anybody to recommend to down here, but they're such a person, I would recommend her. And I was happy that any future visits will be virtual because I can't travel now. And it was difficult when I did have to go see her because of the lactulose that I take and the effect it has 24 hours a day. And I guess that's all. Just thank you very much. I'm very grateful to have been offered this provider.

Everything was excellent. I was very impressed with the staff and especially with Dawn.

A comprehensive review of systems and past history. Ordered the endoscopy, as per the primary orders. And scheduled colonoscopy, which was past due. Scheduling department was attentive to finding calendar availability and location for easier proximity to my home.

Very nice visit, Dr answered all of my questions, and was Very interested about my health. It was a pleasure to have this Doctor !

Dawn is excellent. Very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and is an a great listener as well. Really makes you feel very comfortable.

Dawn Calabrese is a total professional- She was warm, friendly, and totally prepared during my visit-she put me at ease immediately, answered all my questions, and I never felt r rushed. She explained everything to in a detailed way, as she reviewed my chart. I cannot say enough nice things about the way I was treated.

The provider came into the room, did not bother to introduce herself, just sat down and started talking. I did not feel very comfortable with her.
