I was so impressed with Dr Brown he has made me think about changing my the primary care physician. But I also like the doctor I already have. Making this a very hard decision to make. I can't say I have met any doctor or nurse practitioner who has not be really good and caring in JSMA. The office staff are also great people. I do regularly recommend this office and practice.

Medical tech Jackie asked me a comprehensive list of questions, explained them and then took the time to hear my answers fully. Dr. Brown was very thorough during my exam. He asked me numerous questions about my health. He was straight to the point. He also took a fair amount of time with me.

Everythind went smotthly and te following day I received a call with the results of my blood workup. Couldn't have been any better. Already scheduled next year's appointment.

I did have on issue; the Dr never ordered an H1C test for my yearly physical. I was told that my blood sugar level was high, so the test should have been ordered on the 1st go around. I had to call and ask that the test be run. Turns out I'm pre-Diabetic. I wouldn't have known if I didn't get the results of the A1C test. It should be a standard test

I don't think there was anything much more that Dr. Brown can improve on. It was a great visit.

Very pleased with Dr. Brown. Excellent communication with him and he listens to you and I'm very pleased with the staff also. One thing that could be improved on, when I was told about my appointment for one o'clock, I didn't, and he was doing a blood test too. I was never told that I had to fast. This is a problem with the messaging service. But I am diabetic. If I had waited that long, I would have gone into a diabetic shock. So I did have breakfast that day. So now I do make my appointments early in the morning with all my doctors because I'm diabetic. You can't go too long without eating properly.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Brown as my new Dr. because my regular Dr. retired

Dr Brown has been a very good understanding family doctor for many years

He was very thorough. I've been in the last five years, he's the first doctor that has checked me for hernia on my well visits and turns out I have one, which I wouldn't have known unless he checked me. Previous doctor never did.

Woman at front desk gave me an interrogation as to why I needed a copy of my bloodwork and last scan. Very unfriendly and very unprofessional. It looked like she just rolled out of bed.
