Medical tech Jackie asked me a comprehensive list of questions, explained them and then took the time to hear my answers fully. Dr. Brown was very thorough during my exam. He asked me numerous questions about my health. He was straight to the point. He also took a fair amount of time with me.

Good doctor and great staff

I never had a problem with anyone in the office. Everyone is caring and helpful.

Everythind went smotthly and te following day I received a call with the results of my blood workup. Couldn't have been any better. Already scheduled next year's appointment.

I did have on issue; the Dr never ordered an H1C test for my yearly physical. I was told that my blood sugar level was high, so the test should have been ordered on the 1st go around. I had to call and ask that the test be run. Turns out I'm pre-Diabetic. I wouldn't have known if I didn't get the results of the A1C test. It should be a standard test

Very pleased with Dr. Brown. Excellent communication with him and he listens to you and I'm very pleased with the staff also. One thing that could be improved on, when I was told about my appointment for one o'clock, I didn't, and he was doing a blood test too. I was never told that I had to fast. This is a problem with the messaging service. But I am diabetic. If I had waited that long, I would have gone into a diabetic shock. So I did have breakfast that day. So now I do make my appointments early in the morning with all my doctors because I'm diabetic. You can't go too long without eating properly.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Brown as my new Dr. because my regular Dr. retired

He was very thorough. I've been in the last five years, he's the first doctor that has checked me for hernia on my well visits and turns out I have one, which I wouldn't have known unless he checked me. Previous doctor never did.

Dr. Brown is extremely very informative with all of this information regarding health. If there's anything that I would say they could improve upon, would probably be to explain some of the stuff that a patient like myself wouldn't understand. important that could be like when it comes to like hemoglobin and stuff like that. Yes, I know it has to do with blood, but they can go into deeper detail into it. But otherwise, everything is excellent. Keep doing what you're doing, guys. You're doing a great job.

I have had Dr. Derrick Brown as my physician for many years and continuing to appreciate the excellent care that he has provided me. I travel 26 miles from my home to his office [one way] and have no interest in selecting another physician closer to home. This is with a vehicle with over 178,000 miles on the odometer.

The office is very neat and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Brown is very easy to talk to He is very helpful and explains things to you in a way you will understand.

I like to say Dr. Derrick Brown is one of the better doctors I've been with in my career and my medical history. He took care of everything, answered all my needs. The staff at the office is wonderful and always consider to my concerns and addresses them in an expedient manner, which you don't see in the medical field. So I believe everyone there, including the doctor, is wonderful staff members and they're always there even when I need support, help for medications, prescriptions and so forth.
