This was my first visit with Dr. Santomauro and I was very happy.

Dr. Santomauro has been my pulmonologist for many years. He is excellent. He always takes as much time as I need to help me get better. The office staff are very good also. When I've said I can wait for an appointment despite having difficulty breathing, they call and check on me every day or two to make sure I'm still alright to wait. I can't say enough good about Dr. Santomauro or his staff.

My complaint is NOT about this visit, but before the visit. I had a chest X-Ray at 20 Prospect several weeks before my visit. I waited to be contacted either by the Radiology Department or the doctor's office but was not. I had to call. Each office mentioned results on My Chart. I DO NOT USE My Chart anymore. I waited for the call that never came. Putting results on My Chart Does not guarantee they will be seen by the patient and does not relieve you of ensuring patients are contacted

I see Dr. Santomauro when I go and I have a list of questions all the time and he takes his time with me. He answers all my questions. He eases my anxiety because once you have cancer, you always have anxiety that it's going to come back. And I would definitely give Dr. Santomauro a 10 plus and recommend him to anyone and I have recommended him to several people. I love Dr. Santomauro, he's the best.

First things first, I think the office is exceptional. The staff is outstanding. They're very caring. And I've been to a lot of other providers and not nearly as nice as these girls. And I really appreciate that. And I can't say enough about Dr. Santomaro. My parents had Dr. Santomaro. And I believe that was the reason why they lived up in their 90s. Thank you.

He is always helpful, takes his time to fully explain things. Answers all your questions. Has an easy way of talking to you. He does not rush you. Happy to have him as one of my physicians.

Nothing more to say with the rating I just gave him except that Dr. Santomauro is the best doctor I have ever been to in my entire life!!!! He's professional, he's smart, he's caring, he knows how to treat his patients, he is just everything you want a doctor to be!!! That's all I can say.... Dr Santomauro has been 1 of my best doctors I've ever had He is and always been very professional. I'm moving 3 hrs north and will continue to keep him as my doctor.

It's not something that was done really well. Dr. Santomauro is a nice man. I like him. But the prescription that was given to me, the trilogy, the next morning I couldn't see out of my eye. It was very light sensitive. And it teared for days. And I'm trying to find an eye doctor to see. I didn't speak to Dr. Santomauro. After that happened to me, there was another doctor that took it very lightly, and I didn't appreciate that. So, I don't think Dr. Santomauro, I didn't speak to Dr. Santomauro about the trilogy that hurt my eye, but I would like to.

The pharmacy, I don't have to go to the hostel in Hackensack if I live 8 to 10 miles away. It should be a near pharmacy to pick up my medicine.

Dr. Santomauro and his office are professional. They are polite. They are easy to joke around with, which is also relaxing as a patient. His bedside manner is very good. He absolutely understands me as a patient, making recommendations and suggesting things I should or should not do. Especially now as we are going into the probably pretty severe allergy season. Yes, I would highly recommend him and I am recommending him to one of my relatives.
