The traffic is so bad on route 4 and route 17, I did like more going to Hackensack than going to this far and traffic jam place

Everything was good with the health care team, just the place is too far and really bad bad traffic on route 4 and 17. I prefer the place where you were before

The doctor was nice but i waited over 6 months for this appointment and we felt so rushed and she told me everything i already knew. Also we literally were in the exam room for 5 minutes it felt very rushed. And why did we wait all that time when the office was completely empty? Definitely not going back or recommending sorry.

Excellent service, very friendly, very clean, and the nurses and secretaries were very kind. The doctor was very kind.

The staff was very friendly and Dr. Berger was phenomenal. She spent a lot of time helping my daughter with basic skin care for her face, very thorough, very friendly, and we left feeling prepared in what to do and how to do it. And so thank you to the staff and to Dr. Berger.

The provider heard what I said and dismissed my concerns, spent a total of five minutes with us in the room and was not helpful in preventing our issue or giving me any solution or even giving me a solid lead of what it could be. So I'm very disappointed.

Dr Berger was kind, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Best medical experience we've had in a long time

Wonderful visit, the dermatology team is always great and the new building is so nice! I wish all my child's HMH specialists were there. Thank you Dr. Berger!!

I was not provided with a confirmation about the appointment and had to call Multiple times to confirm.

The only problem was that the office didn´t call in her medication.

I would have been more satisfied with the diagnosis from the nurse. When I told her that the lesions on my son's face had been present for over a year, all she said was that it wasn't necessary. I find that unfair, as he has very noticeable lesions on his face, and it would have been appropriate to send him for blood tests to check for any food allergies. That's all.
