I was feeling a little bit anxious because this was my first time seeing a specialist and I appreciated Dr. Alquadan so much. He walked me through what my prior bloodwork results could mean, ruled out those "worst fears" pretty immediately, explained what tests he'd order and why, and was very kind while explaining everything to me. Dr A is A true credit to the HMH system

I see this provider pretty frequently, and I am always attending via telehealth visits. However, majority of the time, no one calls me to schedule a follow-up appointment. I wind up having to call the office in the Old Bridge location, and it is very difficult to get a hold of them. The hours on Google are not correct. There are the hours show that they're open earlier and they're open later than what they really are. I work in a school, so sometimes I can only call on my lunch. It seems like the office staff has the away voicemail for longer than an hour. They have very short days where they're not answering the phone. So it's really hard to call myself and schedule an appointment. I wish someone would. I mean, I think it should be. Someone should call to schedule the next appointment.

Dr. Alquadan is one of the most caring physicians and by far the best endocrinologist I have ever seen. And as a diabetic, I don't trust a lot of doctors, but he is excellent and I will not be going anywhere other than Meridian. I'll be staying with Dr. Alquadan as long as he's in practice. Thank you very much.

I wish all dr's could be like him. He's worth waiting for. He runs late because he spends time listening and explaining everything without making you feel rushed. He always makes sure you understand everything and always asks if you have any questions. He is the best. I have specialists in my town minutes from where I live, but won't switch from him. 10 across the board! He's a keeper! Get more dr's like him please, thanks.

This was my first time at this practice. Everyone from checkin to checkout was professional, welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. Dr spent a significant amount of time with me explaining all tests that were being ordered. He was so reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. In this day and age when patient care doesn't seem to matter, this practice was amazing and clearly value patient care tremendously. Very lucky to have found this doctor.

why am I getting notices on my chart saying my test results are here when I have had ZERO tests even done. I brought my bloodwork with me by lab corp ordered by my primary care and done months ago, no test was done at your facilities

This visit was my first with the doctor and he was very professional and extremely friendly. He spent the time with me explaining my situation and changes in meds. We talked about over-the-counter vitamins as well and it was so easy to schedule a follow up visits and bloodwork.

Was very pleased with the Doctor, He took the time to read up on my unique cancer. Was very thorough in trying to see which medications would work best due to my condition. What I have an issue with is I needed to renew my CGM Dexcon 7. When I called in advance to as there was an issue. I was told that they needed my new insurance card and then would send my prescription to a third party to get pre authorization. Then was told they dont do that. I went to the office for my appointment and was told same thing regarding CGM by the MA. The third party called me but the copay was times higher then I normally pay. I called back to request it to be sent to Walgreens and was told by the refill nurse they sent it to Walgreens and they do not use a third party company. Which is true. Left bad taste in mouth by refill RN staff. Still waiting to get my CGM prescription filled. Front office staff is nice and friendly and helpful same for MA.
