I definitely love Dr Patel, her staff, everyone. However, sometimes the waiting this time, it was almost forty minutes for me to get in for a scheduled appointment. That's a disrespect for people's time. I just wish that we could get better at that. Thank you.

The nurse practitioner or assistant rushed and really didn't listen to me when I said that the labs needed to be printed. She was rushing me and she wasn't really listening to even the medications that I was trying to update. I was very rushed.

The doctor is very sweet and very polite, but unfortunately, you know, the focus is on the computer. It's getting through the appointment as quickly as possible. And so while, you know, she treated me well, I just don't feel that, you know, there was a lot of listening or, you know, concern. I felt it was very rushed. but she did order the test that I requested, so I was very happy about that. But I just wish they actually paid more attention to you as a person.

I appreciated that Dr. Patel listened to my concerns. She was very understanding and provided me with information that made me comfortable.

Everyone in Dr. Patel's office was amazing. They were all very kind, courteous, and very professional. Dr. Patel was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable from the minute she walked through the door until the minute I left.
