I actually love working with Jennifer. I've been to a few other providers at the practice and Jennifer has been the most knowledgeable and easy to work with. She understood chronic conditions that I had, whereas I've had other providers in the practice that didn't have any idea what they were. She also gave me the best plan for what I am dealing with with weight loss. that was better than the original plan I was given by another provider at the practice. So Jennifer is absolutely number one in my book.

The clinician I met with was wonderful, but the office staff and billing system is NOT. The office was generally confused (they made my husband wait over an hour for his appointment because they accidentally checked him out before he was seen). Additionally, the My Chart website charged my credit card for the visit even though there should have been no copay! The office staff said "Sorry, that's not us" so I called the Hackensack Meridian Health billing department and they said "Sorry, that's not us". Somebody charged me!!!! That's just bad customer service. Again, clinician is wonderful but the business side of things is a complete headache.

First time meeting this provider and she was very personable and caring. Listened to all my concerns and I was satisfied with my visit.

The entire office staff, as well as Jennifer Denver herself are fantastic. I have not been to an office with such professionalism and kindness and just happy faces. They're always a pleasure and they always get my appointments on time and they're just wonderful.

Dember is absolutely fantastic. It's not the first time I have met with her. I had a physical with her. She just asks everything, mental, physical, everything. She addresses everything. She's easy to talk to. She's understanding. She's fantastic and I would absolutely recommend her anywhere.

Jennifer Dember is by far one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have multiple health issues and I've seen multiple surgeons and doctors over the years and she is by far my favorite. There has never been one time where I have felt rushed, or that she hasn't taken the time to really listen to my concerns. She is kind, compassionate, empathetic, and very thorough. Nurse Dember was one of the top practitioners I've ever seen (throughout my heavy medical history) she spent ample time with me, listened to my concerns and offered advice. I just want you to know that the staff from everybody, from the nurse to the people that greeted me were beyond fabulous. They were professional, they were caring, they were very helpful. From the minute I made the phone call till I saw Jennifer and leaving, my prescription was at the pharmacy before I even got there. The provider was very knowledgeable and gave me good information. I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient the staff was. Everything was clean and I would consider this a very good experience and would definitely recommend the office and this provider to other people.

I chose the provider based on my understanding of his specialty, within the neurology field. I think, perhaps, a neurologist with more specific experience, in post surgical orthopedic issues, specifically the consequences of swelling, as it related to muscular inhibitions, or not, would have been more "on point", with regard to a provider selection. I thought he did a thorough physical examination, was attentive, and made relevant recommendations, per my surgical history. I'm satisfied with the experience.

Jennifer Dember is kind, caring, down-to-earth and trustworthy. She actively listens and explains things, answers every question and feels like a friend, not a stranger. I didn't have insurance for a year and waited until I recently got a new plan just to be able to continue my care here, because of Jennifer. The whole group is great, but there is something unique and real about Jennifer that is hard to match.
