IT SEEMS THAT ONE OF THE DOCTORS RECENTLY LEFT THIS PRACTICE. I WOULD THINK THAT WOULD CAUSE A CONSIDERABLE PROBLEM WITH OVERLOADING THE PRESENT DOCTORS. IF THE DOCTORS ARE OVERLOADED WITH A NUMBER OF PATIENTS THIS COULD EFFECT AN ISSUE WITH A PATIENT THAT CALLS TO SEE THEIR DOCTOR, BUT CAN'T SINCE ALL THEIR APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED. I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS, BUT I AM CERTAINLY CONCERNED IF I COULD NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF AN ISSUE I MIGHT BE HAVING. HOPEFULLY, THIS VACANCY WOULD NEED TO BE QUICKLY ADDRESSED! THANK YOU!

If Dr. Reimer was to ever leave the practice I would follow her as would the rest of my family and friends I have recommended there. Keep her happy!!! Keep her there!!!

I was very pleased with my experience. I would say it was a 8.5-9.0 which is really good! The one area I believe could be stronger is providing a little more time for patients during their visit for a yearly physical. However , I do understand that Hackensack meridian needs to accommodate several patients per day so therefore it is most likely challenging to give more time for people.

Dr Reimer is very thorough and personable. At times I would like her to listen just a bit more.

Dr Reimer has been overseeing my diabetes for years now and I'm extremely grateful for her care.

This was an emergency appointment. The general call number was NOT helpful. We had to contact the doctor directly. The call number forwarded the information to the wrong office. Called a second time & was told office was closed. This was NOT true. Dr. Reimer went above & beyond to provide care by taking a personal message. Those handling the general number do not effectively communicate with the doctor's offices. This is poor process and unsatisfactory patient care by Hackensack Meridian NOT the doctor or her staff!

Dr. Reimer is amazing. I love that she's very thorough. She has respect for her patients and she orders appropriate testing for a range of things and thinks both inside and outside the box. And I would be very likely to recommend her, but I'm sure that she has a patient list so long that it's hard to get in. Dr. Reimer is the best. She makes going to the doctors fun. She is enjoyable, pleasant, knowledgeable, and a lovely human being.

I am dealing with a possible need for surgery. Dr Reimer and the entire staff have gone above and beyond on sending all the much needed documentation. They are so efficient timely and especially kind. I cannot thank them enough.

Dr. Reimer is very professional and knowledgeable. I have complete confidence in her advice and judgement. Not all doctors prescribe PSA testing for men in their 70's. Fortunately, Dr. Reimer does and as it turns out I have lesions on my prostate. I had and still have no symptoms. I am working with an excellent urologist recommended by Dr. Reimer. Had I waited for symptoms to develop it could have caused major problems for me. Dr. Reimer is the best.

I've been going to Dr. Reimer for many, many years, and I wouldn't go to anybody else. That's all I have to say. She's a very good doctor. She's a very good listener, and there's nothing more, and I would highly recommend her to anybody.

Dr. Reimer is an excellent doctor. She is kind caring and has her patient's health as her number one priority . However the Hackensack Meridian Health company leaves a lot to be desired . Taking the control away from the administration staff at the dr's office is one big mistake. I am in need of a CT Scan, Dr Reimer sent a note to the person in charge only to find out that she isn't returning to the office until Thursday. And no one is filling in for her. How can this be? Why would you not have someone else helping with her work? What if she was on vacation for 2 weeks, would your patients have to wait for her return? And with the central calling for any question , makes the entire experience so impersonal. Seems to me that money is more important than the patient's relationship with the dr. and staff. Losing that connection is so wrong in so many ways. Not being able to get a CT Scan authorization sent to the insurance company in a day, is poor management. Another issue we have had with Hackensack Dr.'s is that all offices are not on "my chart.", this should be mandatory to be part of Hackensack, it is so important that all doctors can share test results, office notes, and to be able to email the office, ask for a refill of a prescription, make an appointment , on line is so important. Hope you take into consideration some of these points I have made. Your doctors are a "10" , your management "0".
