Overall, it was a very good experience. I like Dr. Castelo and, you know, the whole staff, very nice, very clean office. Everything was great. The only thing that I have to complain about, there's a horrible parking situation when you're trying to get there. I drove over an hour and a half because they took my insurance and the parking lot is just an absolute mess. There was a flood. It's obviously right across from the Hudson River. Half of the cars are flooded underwater. There's not adequate parking. There's not enough parking. And I wasn't the only patient that shared these sediments. There was a lot of people that were struggling to find parking. There's literally like, the parking is a huge problem. The offices ran great. It's a nice building. Everything's fine, good care. But you really have to do something about the parking situation down there.

The only thing was that they gave me trouble making the appointment when I called for the first time, that's the only thing, okay? God bless them.

I just want to say that Jessica was very, very professional, listened to all I had to say, and I would recommend her to anyone that asked. And thank you, and have a wonderful New Year.
