I cannot describe in words how appreciative I am for the whole team. Mimi in OR registration, Johira and Andrea getting me settled in pre op, Lizzie the PA assisting Dr. Carlo during the procedure, Dr. Morgan my anesthesiologist who so clearly familiarized herself on my case and medical challenges that would impact anesthesia, even changed her whole entire anesthetic plan after speaking with me the morning of surgery to include drugs we know I tolerate well, add in longer lasting pain management to aide in recovery, administering meds to keep me fully comfortable from the very start to the end, also everyone who took care of me in the PACU (I was a little too sleepy to remember those names!). I simply cannot explain how appreciative I am to this team and could not hold them in higher regard than I do now.

I'm just very happy overall with every experience I've had so far with this provider.

She was very condescending throughout the entire appointment. Different person than who she was years ago. I will not be going back to her ever again unfortunately.

Dr. Carlo and her staff are extremely efficient and spend enough time to answer questions. However, also complete everything that they need to in a very efficient manner, very, very kind, offer support in explaining changes within the healthcare system and challenges, especially among gynecologists in this case, and very helpful in understanding where I need to go with next steps of care.

The office staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr Carlo is patient and listened to my questions and concerns. She offered suggestions and an explanation for her thoughts about my situation. I have always found her to be knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Carlo is the pure definition of who a doctor should be. She's a complete gem! Not only is she knowledgeable and skilled, she's patient, kind, and compassionate. She listens and makes you feel comfortable and valued as a person, not just a patient. She has made such a difference in my life and I am truly grateful for her!

I changed providers hoping that Dr. Carlo would listen to me. I am so happy I found her. She heard my concerns, acknowledged me and what I'm experiencing, and she gave me tons of information. She had no problem explaining "the why", and that was what I needed. I'm so happy to have found her.

It was fine , but I felt it was very rushed on their part.

It was very nice. I, I messed up my appointment time and got there an hour early and they were able to take me back and start my appointment earlier than my scheduled time in between and got me moving and didn't make me wait. Even though I was willing to, they were able to do that without me even asking. So that was nice.
