The problem I have is that when you call to get a paper signed for disability or call about prescriptions. 90 percent of the time they get it wrong. I have called multiple times about disability papers being sent and they keep telling me to call a 3rd party group that pretty much don't speak English. They are not sending the correct paper, I have brought it in the office, and they still are sending my chart not this form. They also keep giving me the wrong prescription and when I call, they just pass you to different people. There is no one that takes any responsibility, in all the years I've gone to this office this has become ridiculous the number of times I have to call, and it still doesn't get fixed. I am ready to call the Drs personal number and I don't want to do that. He tells them what to do and they all screw it up anyway.
