I love Dr. John Villa, but the procedure of Hackensack Meridian Health confirming patients appointments is overkill. I must have received 3 emails, 5 texts plus a couple of phone calls. It makes me not want to come back to the office because of this reason. One text message is enough or one phone call to confirm the patients appointment.

I had to wait 30 minutes in the doctor's office, and no one didn't give any update on why he's late. So they'll be good if it's first, you know, the other appointment before me. I wanted to know, but I just have to sit there for 30 minutes without any information. I'll be appreciated if someone tells me at least that doctor is being delayed. Thank you.

I would like to see the doctor do other things and basically help the client basically get healthier. Meaning more studies, more tests for asthma. especially asthma and things with the lungs. Yes, more tests to have done with the lungs to make sure the lungs are very healthy.

I have been seeing Dr. Villa for several years because of sleep apnea. Not only is he extremely knowledgable and professional, he is patient, and never rushes me. His entire staff is wonderful, as well. As a result, I have recommended Dr. Villa to family. I would ever see another doctor.

Dr. Vila has always been on point with my health concerns. With my sleep apnea machine, he and his staff are the best. In fact, my cardiologist, as well as my general practitioner, told me to see him. And my wife and I really appreciate the service we get there. He's very professional, but yet kind and considerate.

I purposely take the first appointment in the morning to avoid any additional waiting and I still waited an additional 30 minutes after my appointment time for the Dr. I had a 9am appointment and was brought to the exam room at 855am which was great but I then waited until 930am before the Dr came in.
