Dr. Villa always solves my issue. He is knowledgeable and kind. Genuinely cares and really knows who I am and what my issues are without charts and computers. He saves my life and continues to give me a good quality of life.

Dr. Villa has a very caring personality. He takes his time with you and listens to any issues. He's very friendly and witty. He speaks to you in a way that you're able to understand any issues medically related. I definitely recommend anyone to see him.

I wanted to say that everyone, including the receptionist, the assistant in the office that brought me in, did a pre-interview, as well as the representative, the secretary that made my next appointment, I give them all an A++ rating. I purposely take the first appointment in the morning to avoid any additional waiting and I still waited an additional 30 minutes after my appointment time for the Dr. I had a 9am appointment and was brought to the exam room at 855am which was great but I then waited until 930am before the Dr came in.

The service that initially answered my call was totally unprepared to handle my call. Previously I would talk to the office directly and they knew me, were efficient and very Capable of handling my needs. This new answering group was not!

Dr. Villa was. very very grooved in terms of his fluency with the specific health issue i had, but he fashioned that around the details of my specific case. he had his script down cold, but not to the point where I felt he was just giving me the program like anyone else. it was good.
