Dr. Albanese is great. This is the first time I had to wait 45 minutes longer than my scheduled appointment. Hopefully it will not happen again.

Great doctor helping me live a longer life, I hope, and very happy with the services he provided.

I really like Dr Albanese and have been seeing him for years, but wasn't thrilled with my last visit, seems like things have changed since becoming part of Hackensack Meridian, lost that Dr patient connection, now it's become commercial! And that's a shame because he is a good Dr !

Every visit with Dr. Albanese is a pleasure. His staff is warm and polite. Doc has a great bedside manner, answers all the questions, and when he doesn't know an answer, he finds it as quickly as possible in order to be able to provide the information that's needed. Really appreciate him and would highly recommend him.

My experience at the office was fine. Billing is another story. They had the wrong address. Wrong medicare number and did not have my secondary insurance information though the computer info was correct. Need to be more careful as i don't want this on my credit report.

Dr Albanese always treats me with the utmost respect. He always listens to my concerns and always has an answer for me. Thank you for always being so kind.

Your new computer system did not list all my medicine I am currently taking.

I was admitted in the Emergency room for Afib. I was told by receptionist that I had to wait in line to register. I think that mY medical condition warranted immediate attention due to the critical nature of my illness. Once inside, I was confronted by ER staff and was interrogated as to why I had waited so long to go to the hospital. Their attitude only exacerbated my my anxiety and fear for .y potentially life threatening condition my wife was also treated in a gruff manner and was initially refused entry until she completed a check in. Shameful. The remainder of my stay was excellent. Nurses.and doctors were compassionate and professional. Your ER needs some training in dealing with the public, especially those patients.who seek treatment for life threatening conditions.

He was very thorough with answers for my questions using picture diagrams and graphs.

The office staff is very friendly and organized.

Two hour wait to see doctor. At one point I was bought into the examining room, vitals were taken and then I was told to go back into the waiting room. I was the only person there. When I arrived at my appointment many people came after me and were all taken before me. Not at all impressed with Hackensack/Meridean.

Dr. Albanese is the best doctor. I've been in and out of kidney failure for about five years. And for the first time in five years, I have a normal kidney function. After seeing him, I guess just about under two years, he did it. With his help, I did it. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I really respect Dr Albanese not only as a doctor, but as a person. There is nothing pretentious about him. Dr. Albanese was excellent. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The only problem that they did have, and since they just became a Meridian office, was just still getting used to the operating system of Meridian. I think it's different from their system that they originally had before they became part of Meridian. And that was it. So other than that, pens across the board, they are excellent. and I would definitely recommend them to anybody else.

Dr. Albanese conducts himself in a way and manner of health care professionals in times gone by. It seems that practitoners. That is to say he listens and answers questions in clear and concise terms. I found the doctor very helpful, very congenial. I felt that he knows his subject matter very well. I was very comfortable with him. And I'm planning on seeing him again soon for a follow-up visit for my condition. And that's all I have to say right now.

my gripe is not with my doctor but with a certain clerk/receptionist in that i showed my real ID license to her to prove the pic on the license was exactly who was showing it and that i did not want to have them copy my real ID and she gave me a ration of crap...i only have to show an ID--not have it 'filed' somewhere in the ether sphere. i showed and handed over my insurance card which is enough for the purposes of proving who i was.

The doctor was behind due to entering my information into your new system! I hope it goes better at my next appointment.

The reason for the delay was the new computer system they were using, it was quite a wait, but these things happen and I understand. Very happy with the dr and the rest of the visit.

Dr. Albanese is the best Kidney Dr. ever. He listens to what we explain to him and he shows compassion and kindness to us each and every visit my husband sees Dr. Albanese we think the world of him. I hope he never retires :).

When you transition a new practice into the HMH family PLEASE give them more on site support as they learn the new system. My mother, husband and myself are all patients and we have never had to wait this long (1 hr & 40 mins). I felt bad for the office staff and our wonderful Nephrologist who were trying to figure it all out.

Waiting two hours to see the doctor was ridiculous, and it was all because they're new to Hackensack Meridian, and you people, whoever was in charge, did not move patient records over from the doctor's computers to your new Hackensack computers, which took up a lot of time. It was ridiculous. That's it.

He's a wonderful and compassionate physician. He's kept me off dialysis for the past few years!
