I'd just like to say Meaghan is very professional. She answered all my questions and also we do joke around, which I truly appreciate instead of being very, say, stuffy, if that's not a great way of putting it. I just find her very enjoyable and always will recommend her as my doctor and to any friends or family.

It's frustrating when we call this doctor's office on a weekday and have to go through a long wait at a call center to talk to someone. It used to be that we would call and get the office directly and be able to talk to the nurses there, but we end up waiting through a very tedious and painful process in the call center. And I miss just being able to call the doctor's office and get a quick answer to something. from a local provider. Like sometimes we're trying to find out something very quick and it takes 10 minutes of a person in a call center taking down our information, confirming our address, on and on, putting us on hold to connect us to the office where we used to just call the office and get a quick answer.

Always a nice experience when I visit this provider. They listen and discuss options for care.

I waited almost 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room. When I arrived I said either the doctor or nurse practitioner was fine. When I went to the reception to say I couldn't wait any longer, she asked if the nurse was acceptable. Patient after patient came in and saw someone. Waiting as long as I did was unacceptable.

When I called the Dr's office for an appointment for a UTI - my call was transferred to another Hackensack Meridian office. I was not able to contact the Dr's office directly. I was on hold for over 5 minutes before I gave up and went to the Dr's office as a walk-in, hoping I could be seen. The Dr's office was able to accommodate me. As you probably know, UTIs are really uncomfortable. I applaud the Dr's office for getting me the attention I needed, but am disappointed by being put on hold by the Hackensack Meridian office for an extended time without any acknowledgment of my wait.

Meaghan was excellent as usual. I didn't call for appointment, you can't talk directly to their office, so I did a walk in. Surprisingly they took me in rather fast, which when you're that sick is nice. The sad part is being a senior I would definitely go more often, because of age related problems, but the wait makes it not worth it. We have a new Urgent Care in town, that's where we go, mainly because they get you in and out in a timely fashion. I've been a patient of Dr G's 14 years, since he moved to WM, love him, but not the wait time. I'm not the only person that has this problem. Thanks Meaghan for your professionalism and understanding!

When I asked the nurse about where I could have gotten a UTI, she started with a few hygene things I knew were not my problem, but when she got to "wet bathing suit", we both realized that I probably swam in contaminated pool water on the cruise ship. I was very thankful that she ran the urine test that City MD had missed and she prescribed the antibiotics I needed. City MD just wanted to send me home with pain killers and "get better eventually".

The chart for the allergies that the person before the doctor asks and confirms about, as well as listing the allergies, it needs to list the severity as well.

Meaghan was extremely attentive and caring. She went over my records in detail and offered suggestions for care and medication. She was extremely professional.

Hi. Meaghan was wonderful. We have no issue with Meaghan. However, the receptionist was not as wonderful. When we arrived, she asked if my husband was anaphylactic, and we said yes. And she said, and you came here. And we are still annoyed by that. So if the office can address that, that would be wonderful. Once again, Meaghan was Wonderful. We had no issues with Meaghan. Thank you.

Height & attitude - Nurse logged me at 5' 8". I asked for a re-check (I'm 5' 10"); she laughed-unprofessional. Pricing - As an uninsured patient I asked prices before testing. Nurse quoted �� $135 for strep + COVID. Checkout charge was $270; desk staff denied the quote. What I paid (6/24/25) �Ģ $155 (AmEx x7266) - office visit �Ģ $270 (Visa x7610) - tests Specimen collection - Only cheek swabs taken. Strep needs a throat swab; COVID typically nasal/throat. Please confirm if cheek-only meets your protocol. Provider interaction - APN wrote the Rx in minutes; my mold/bacteria work exposure was ignored. Focus & workflow - First Nurse fixated on my cough, rushed the exam. After being roomed, I was sent back to the lobby without explanation. Cost vs. value - Paid $425 for a $4 antibiotic and left feeling mocked. I now have insurance, but if this is standard, I'll use a $40 telehealth visit next time. Why I delayed - This is my elderly father's PCP office; I held back out of respect for his relationship, but the experience was poor enough that I would not return.
