Dr. Patel is the gold standard of PCPs in my opinion. He is knowledgeable, patient friendly, curious about my health, and most importantly..he cares. Excellent!!

Meridian is getting worse and worse caring for patients. I tried for a week to make an appointment and needed to see a doctor, all I could get was a tele health for my joints? How can my doctor diagnose me for this without seeing me? Dr. Patel is the best doctor I have ever had in my life but I can not get through to his office in a weeks time is unacceptable. Then when appointment is complete the doctor wants to see me in 6 weeks but the office person tells me sorry nothing until Feb., as much as my family loves Dr. Patel I have to start looking for another provider. I am sitting on my couch typing this in pain with my joints still not working. I am being forced to go elsewhere.

He is very easy to communicate with and makes you feel important and comfortable. It's nice to have a doctor you can discuss anything with and get answers.

Waited almost an hour for the doctor to see us, then felt like got rushed a little bit and was not told about any updating immunizations that were needed, period, called the next day and left a message for them to call us with a list of immunizations. And it's been four days and still waiting for a phone call.

All the people at the office are great! The system much less so. The patient history form is insane. They have had all this info for years, why am I spending time rewriting it all. And what is with the three sheets I must fill out at the office? Same questions, repeated six times??? This is a waste of time and paper.

Hi, yes, Dr. Patel explains everything perfectly to me and what I should do, what I shouldn't do. And everything about him is terrific. I never had a problem with him. I'm going to him for a while. I tell everyone he's a great doctor and your place is a great place to go to. Thank you.

On completion of my visit while standing at the desk, I suddenly felt weak and needed to sit.Staff remained at my side,notified my doctor, took vital signs and provided me water. I was taken back to an exam room and an EKG was done and vitals related and reviewed with me. Total time in office, 2 hours. As they would not let my leave until vitals stabilized and a nurse walked with me,while monitoring, in and around the office without difficulty. I am so thankful to all the staff including the nurse for cut short her lunch hour to remain with me. Dr. Patel and his staff ARE the best!

Dr Patel was great I or my husband asked a question he was able to tell us everything plus we didn't think he would actually explain in terms that we could understand and from front desk to the assistants they were unbelievable I would tell anyone who needs a doctor this is the office to go to

The provider didn't listen carefully enough when I told him that I had pain in my back and he could've ran diagnostic imaging or he could've spent more time prescribing like a brace or something to support my back, but he didn't do anything. He didn't provide any guidance as to how I'm gonna heal this pain and when I had to try to see him, forty eight hours later to try to talk about it again because it was downplayed during my original exam i couldn't get a hold of

They treat you like family

Your phone tree and answering schedulers are absolutely atrocious ! Terrible terrible service. I actually hung up the phone after 10 minutes and drove to the doctors office to speak with the front desk directly, which took MUCH LESS time !

Dr. Patel is the best doctor that I have ever seen in, I cannot even tell you how many years. He is patient, he's kind, he listens, he's attentive, he's warm, his bedside manner is fabulous, he's understanding, he's compassionate. I cannot rave enough about him. And I actually don't even want to tell my friends about him because I want to make sure that I could always get an appointment because I have no doubt that he would have a line out the door. Dr. Patel is amazing. I have recommended people to him. He is knowledgeable. He listens. There is absolutely no reason why I wouldn't continue to go to him. However, your phone system is an absolute nightmare. There are five of us going to him now. We all have major concerns over the phone system and the ability to be able to get in touch with him. I know that he has reassured us that this is an ongoing issue, but you cannot run a doctor's office using this kind of phone system. It is appalling. Thank you.

Biggest problem is trying to reach your physicians office through your new system. It takes too much time going through a switchboard before being connected. Not the way to make things easier. It is awfully nerve wracking and takes too much time. Not an improvement, more of an annoyance.

Dr. Patel is absolutely fantastic and takes time with you to listen to you and explain things to you. The problem I have with this office is the wait time and also when I try to call that office, I get connected to some call center with people I can't even understand their accents. There's no way.
