The office was flexible that I arrived a few minutes late, which I appreciated. Rachel has been my nurse practitioner for a number of years and offers consistently caring, attentive, and thoughtful help and quick responses for things like prescription refills, et cetera, period. I'm very pleased with her as a provider.

Rachel is amazing. She takes the time and listens to your concerns and questions answering them in an easy to understand manner. You never feel like you are being rushed when you she her.

Rachel Atlas is a wonderful listener. She tells it like it. Great Dr. I wish the receptionist was a bit more friendly. And - the check out person. My nurse that brought me in to the office was very bright and cheery.

I have been to,that office with my husband different doctor but the same pleasant experience.

I did not appreciate waiting 45 minutes before I was called in to see Rachael Atlas. Supposedly the receptionist at the desk did not mark me in and no one cared that I was sitting in the waiting room all that while. The waiting room was empty when I walked in for my appointment. This was my first visit to the office. I do hope when I return for my next visit I will be called in on time.
