is an exemplary physician and provider. The only criticism is the office manager, it seems, wasn't there that day, provided for no coverage and this doctor, wonderful as she is, was actually greeting patients at the door and bringing them in for lack of the proper help at this facility. Like I said, this provider goes above and beyond, but the problem at this facility.

My experience with the call center (not the office staff) was poor. They would not give me the time slot I requested no matter how far I stretched the date. The call taker was arrogant and did not connect me with the office. After several requests he said he would leave a message for the office to call me. They called me the next morning and set up my appointment. I've had several negative interactions with the call center.

Everything was fine as always I am a long time patient I feel well cared for and safe.

Always an excellent experience with Dr. Rossi. I have been her patient for over 20 years. She carefully manages all my population health and makes referrals when appropriate. We are trying to be as homeopathic as possible. I am pleased. Thank you for all your help. The office was friendly and professional, and I felt very at home.

My experience with Dr Rossi was great. When I got home I got a phone call from a man who said he was from Dr. Rossi's Office. He didn't explain what he was offering and asked for a lot of personal information. It may be a scam against Hackensack Meriden Hospital . You may want to look into this with other patients of Dr. Rossi's

Pleasant experience

Dr. Rossi was very helpful and clearly spoken, explained things, but it's very hard to get an appointment with a doctor in the group. I have been going there for years. And if something's wrong, it's almost impossible to get an appointment. Thank you.

Doctor was caring, listened to my concerns and was truly focused about getting me to feel better.

Just to be able to make an appointment if needed as soon as possible, if sick.

Dr Rossi was very helpful and called me right back with my test results.

The phone system is horrible. When you call up you get people in the other side of the globe and one man was suggesting he was in the office with the doctor because I wanted to speak to the office manager and I have to repeat myself over and over again, and it was much better when you had in-house Assistance picking up the phone giving information directly to the doctor. It's makes everything so much more of a problem when you call the phone number and you have to give all the information and then they have to call the office. It's not good for us as patients and everyone complains.

I am very happy to have met Dr. Rossi and her staff. Everybody's so polite. Dr. Rossi is very attentive. She takes the time to talk with her patients. She takes notes. She's just a wonderful doctor. And her staff, extremely polite, very nice people. I'm very happy that I came across them. And my daughter, she's also the family doctor daughter and her husband. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Wonderful provider

Dr Rossi, Took the time to answer all my questions of which there were many . She also took her time to give a referral to a Specilist .

I'm not disappointed with Dr. Rossi. I've known her for years. She's always been very dedicated and she treats you with respect. And that's the additional that I'd like to say. That's it.

Everything went comfortably and I was very satisfied with my annual visit. The staff and especially Dr.Rossi made me feel seen and listened and responded to any concerns I had.

She's always there for you. When you have a problem, she always talks it out with you. I don't think there is a better doctor than her.

they need to improve their phone system I had to make 6 calls cause the 1st 5 got dropped while I was on hold. the doctor should know the patients age before the patient tells her.

To get an appointment with the doctor is a nightmare

Great Doctor

Dr. Rossi has been my primary physician for years now. Both of my daughters are now adults and both of them go to her as their primary physician as well. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
