the only complaint I have is with the processing of insurance claims. For some reason I keep getting charged with co-payments for my regular well visits or physicals. My plan has $0 copay for this but they keep submitting them incorrectly. And this happens repeatedly.

I find him to be extremely patient and interested in the welfare of myself and able to provide, answer questions and provide guidance and advice as necessary.
