Appointment was made in a timely manner, I didn't have to wait long for the doctor to come in, he addressed my concerns, asked appropriate questions, and was cordial and seemed very interested in why I was there.

This feedback is basically more feedback on the survey that you just did with me. In the beginning, it said it wasn't asking a lot of questions. It was a lot of questions. I understand the need for that, but don't say it's not a lot of questions when it's a lot of questions.
