Victoria A Mock, MD

Victoria Mock, M.D., is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. As the Medical Director of the Airways Disease Program at Hackensack University Medical Center, she specializes in the comprehensive care of patients with asthma, COPD, and other chronic disorders of the airways.
While completing her Internal Medicine Residency at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. Mock was honored with the Nilesh Tamakuwala MD Award for her outstanding compassion in patient care, respect for patients and colleagues, and excellence in teaching.
Prior to joining Hackensack University Medical Center, Dr. Mock served as a Pulmonary Attending Physician at The Mount Sinai Hospital and the Mount Sinai - National Jewish Respiratory Institute. There, she developed a clinical focus in treating patients with severe asthma and advanced COPD while also training and mentoring residents and fellows. A dedicated researcher, she has served as an investigator in several clinical trials for COPD, bronchiectasis, and sarcoidosis.
Dr. Mock believes that the best medical care requires treating the whole person as a unique individual, not solely managing a disease. Her practice is built on the philosophy of partnership, ensuring patients feel they have a safe and supportive environment to share their concerns and ask questions.
