Victoria Grille, M.D., is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in minimally invasive laparoscopic, robotic, endoscopic, and bariatric surgery. Her expertise extends to weight loss management, including the use of medication, providing comprehensive patient care. During her five-year residency at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC), Dr. Grille served as the General Surgery Administrative Chief Resident and held numerous leadership positions. Recognized for both her leadership and research, she is an excellent addition to the minimally invasive surgical team. Dr. Grille joined Hackensack Meridian Health in 2024, bringing with her advanced expertise in gastrointestinal and minimally invasive surgery honed during her fellowship at the prestigious Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Working alongside leading specialists, she refined her skills in bariatric, foregut, advanced endoscopic, and abdominal wall reconstructive surgery, with a particular focus on complex revisional bariatric procedures. Dr. Grille also cultivated a specialized interest in the endoscopic management of bariatric patients, encompassing pre-operative evaluation and post-operative care. Now serving the community where she was raised, Dr. Grille is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care, prioritizing the comfort and well-being of both patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.
