This provider was very helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. And the only thought I have, not about her, but the practice, is that I couldn't get a follow-up appointment with her, so I had to schedule with someone else. That's about it. I highly recommend her.

I just wanted to say that as someone who's been through pregnancy, who's been through surgeries, has had other health-related issues and worked in the healthcare field before, I thought this provider really went kind of above and beyond with my appointment. Although, you know, it was a simple visit. I'm a very healthy person at baseline. She really went into each kind of perspective and each option I did have, she really discussed with me. She really took her time. My daughter was being fussy while with my husband in the other room. She didn't mind. She said, if I need a minute, she was very understanding. She was really compassionate. She definitely didn't brush off anything I said. She didn't rush me. You know, these are just qualities that being in healthcare before

As an HMH employee, I recognize the need to follow the "rules" to get my necessary medication prescribed. However, it is obvious that this Center is geared towards those who are specifically there for weight loss. As someone who needs this medication for health reasons (i.e. - A1C levels/PCOS), it was uncomfortable to be in an appointment that was so weight-focused. I would have preferred the conversation be geared towards my actual health concerns and goals as compared to asking questions like "how much weight do you want to lose?" and "when do you want to lose the weight by?". Even after specifying what my actual health goals were, the weight loss component still came up.

Excellent & exceptional. She's amazing, very punctual, she listens, explains properly and gives advice accurately. She needs a raise cause she's awesome. She's an asset to the company. Perfect 10 for her. Job well done.

The provider was great, however since all HMH employees have to use the same office for weight loss medications, it is almost impossible to get an initial appointment, or a follow up appointment.

I waited over three months for this appointment. My appointment was less than 10 minutes long. My provider did not know my history, nor did they answer my questions, nor did they explain what was available to me at the clinic other than medication, which they prescribed for two months and scheduled a follow-up visit for two months without addressing the concerns that I raised at the visit.

But Fayrose Abodeshisha made me feel so comfortable, I thought I was talking to a friend I haven't talked to in years. I felt like I knew her forever. Just an all around great experience for me.
