The provider was so very personable and relatable.

Hi, I really think for this weight loss appointment, it should have been by video. I don't think the phone call was appropriate. I've been doing really well on the program, but I think for weight loss, it would have been helpful to have a video conference to be able to see the provider and talk. Also, I would just give a suggestion that the provider tries to connect patients with the nutritionist at Hackensack as part of the overall weight loss plan. Thank you.
