Paul Singh, M.D., MPH, FAHA, is a triple board-certified neurologist and the Director of Neuroendovascular Surgery at Hackensack Meridian Neuroscience Institute at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. With more than 20 years of experience, he is dedicated to advancing the field of Neuroendovascular Surgery while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Dr. Singh is a leader in Neuroendovascular Surgery, a field that uses advanced, image-guided catheter techniques to perform life-saving procedures. His practice focuses on using minimally invasive techniques such as stenting, angioplasty, thrombectomy, and coil embolization to treat a wide range of complex brain and spinal cord vascular diseases. This approach often results in smaller incisions, faster recoveries, and new treatment options for patients.

Dr. Singh's expertise is built on a foundation of exceptional education. He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Public Health (MPH) with highest honors from George Washington University. After receiving his Medical Degree (M.D.) from the Medical College of Virginia, he completed his Neurology residency at Georgetown University Hospital, serving as Chief Resident. He pursued further specialization with a fellowship in Vascular Neurology at Stanford University and a second fellowship in Neuroendovascular Surgery at Cornell Medical Center in New York City.
A passionate researcher and educator, Dr. Singh has authored numerous articles in leading medical journals and is a sought-after speaker on topics like Stroke, Cerebral Aneurysms, and Carotid Stenosis. He is an active member of the American Heart Association (AHA), the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery (SNIS), and the Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology (SVIN). Outside of medicine, Dr. Singh is a dedicated family man and a life-long musician who has played in multiple bands and ensembles.
